Biography of Felix Nikolajewitsch Kowaljow

Felix Nikolajewitsch Kowaljow (* 18. August 1927 in Kaluga Oblast; † 7. February 2014 in Moscow) was a soviet diplomat. He was 86 years old. He studied at Moscow State Institute of International Relations. His awards include Order of the Badge of Honour and Order of Friendship of Peoples.
