Biography of Ferdynand Adamczyk

Ferdynand Adamczyk (* 13. September 1896 in Uchylsko; † 23. January 1988 in Katowice) was a physician. He was 91 years old. His awards include Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta, Gold Cross of Merit‎ and Cross on the Silesian Ribbon of Valor and Merit. He was buried at Cemetery at Francuska Street in Katowice.
