Biography of Frances McConnell-Mills

Frances McConnell-Mills (* 9. July 1900 in Monument; † 28. December 1975 in Denver) was an american forensic physician. She was 75 years old. Her education included University of Denver, University of Colorado School of Medicine and University of Colorado Denver. She was awarded the Colorado Women's Hall of Fame.
