Biography of Francine Best

Francine Best (* 22. October 1931 in Caen; † 7. April 2022 in Regnéville-sur-Mer) was a french educationnist & scholar. She was 90 years old. Her awards include Grand Officer of the Legion of Honour, Grand Officer of the National Order of Merit and Knight of the French Order of Academic Palms.
