Biography of Francis Evans

Francis Evans (* 4. April 1897; † 21. August 1983) was a british diplomat. He was 86 years old. He studied at Belfast Royal Academy. He worked at Foreign Office. His awards include Knight Grand Cross of the Order of the British Empire and Knight Commander of the Order of St Michael and St George.
