Biography of Francis George

Francis George (* 16. January 1937 in Chicago; † 17. April 2015 in Chicago) was a catholic cardinal. He was 78 years old. His education included Tulane University of Louisiana, The Catholic University of America, Creighton University, University of Ottawa, Pontifical Urbaniana University, Saint Paul University and Tulane University School of Liberal Arts. His faith was Catholic Church. His awards include Knight Grand Cross in the Order of the Holy Sepulchre and Commander with Star of the Order of Merit of the Republic of Poland. His cause of death was liver cancer. He was buried at All Saints Cemetery.
