Francis Girod (* October 9, 1944 in Semblançay; † November 19, 2006 in Bordeaux) was a french film director, actor, screenwriter. He was 62 years old. He was awarded the Commandeur des Arts et des Lettres. His cause of death was myocardial infarction. He was buried at Montparnasse Cemetery.
