Francisco Arcellana (* 6. September 1916 in Manila; † 1. August 2002 in Quezon City) was a filipino writer. He was 85 years old. His education included University of the Philippines and Florentino Torres High School. He was awarded the National Artist of the Philippines. He was buried at Libingan ng mga Bayani.
