Franciszek Nowotny (* 30. April 1904 in Nowy Targ; † 6. October 1972 in Kraków) was a polnischer Biochemiker. He was 68 years old. He studied at Lviv Polytechnic. He worked at Jagiellonian University. His awards include Gold Cross of Merit and Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta. He was buried at Rakowicki Cemetery.
