F. Albert Cotton (* April 9, 1930 in Philadelphia; † February 20, 2007 in College Station) was an american chemist. He was 76 years old. His education included Temple University and Harvard University. He received 8 awards, including Guggenheim Fellowship, American Chemical Society Award in Inorganic Chemistry. He was buried at Texas A&M University.
