Frank Edwin Egler (* 26. April 1911 in Manhattan; † 26. December 1996 in North Canaan) was an american biologist. He was 85 years old. His education included Yale University, University of Chicago, University of Minnesota, Yale School of the Environment and State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. He worked at University of Washington and State University of New York College of Environmental Science and Forestry. He was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship.
