Frank K. Richardson (* 13. February 1914 in St. Helena; † 5. October 1999 in Sacramento) was an american judge. He was 85 years old. His education included Stanford Law School and Germantown High School. He worked at Pepperdine University. His cause of death was Parkinson's disease.
