Biography of Frank Mifsud Montanaro

Frank Mifsud Montanaro (* 19. December 1925 in Valletta; † 26. March 2021) was a maltese civil servant and stage actor. He was 95 years old. He studied at Oriel College. He worked at Colonial Service and Food and Agriculture Organization. He was awarded the Rhodes Scholarship.
