Frank Pierson (* May 12, 1925 in Westchester County; † July 22, 2012 in Los Angeles) was an american film director. He was 87 years old. He had 2 children. He studied at Harvard College. His awards include Directors Guild of America Award and Academy Award for Best Writing, Original Screenplay. He was buried at Westwood Village Memorial Park Cemetery.
