Biography of Frank Press

Frank Press (* 4. December 1924 in Brooklyn; † 29. January 2020 in Chapel Hill) was an uS-amerikanischer Geophysiker. He was 95 years old. His education included Columbia University and City College of New York. He worked at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and California Institute of Technology. He received 10 awards, including Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany, Arthur L. Day Medal. He was buried at Oak Grove Cemetery.
