Biography of Franz Ceska

Franz Ceska (* 31. January 1936 in Vienna; † 5. February 2026) was an ambassador of Austria. He was 90 years old. His education included University of Vienna and College of Europe. He was awarded the Grand Officer of the Order of Honour for Services to the Republic of Austria.
