Franz Schmitijan (* 28. August 1788 in Hildesheim; † 13. July 1828 in Ternopil) was a priest. He was 39 years old. He studied at Jesuit College in Polotsk. He worked at Jesuit college in Mogilev, Jesuit Collegium in Mscislaŭ, Jesuit Academy of Polotsk and Ternopil Gymnasium of Jesuits.
