Frederick Seitz (* July 4, 1911 in San Francisco; † March 2, 2008 in New York City) was an american physicist. He was 96 years old. His education included Lick-Wilmerding High School, Stanford University and Princeton University. He received 6 awards, including National Medal of Science, Franklin Medal.
