Friedrich Georg Jünger (* 1. September 1898 in Hanover; † 20. July 1977 in Überlingen) was a deutscher Lyriker, Erzähler und Essayist. He was 78 years old. He was married to Citta Jünger. His education included Martin Luther University Halle-Wittenberg and Leipzig University. He received 5 awards, including Commander's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany, Literature Award of the Bavarian Academy of the Fine Arts.
