Ghena Dimitrova (* 6. May 1941 in Beglezh; † 11. June 2005 in Milan) was a bulgarian lyric singer. She was 64 years old. She studied at National Academy of Music. She was awarded the Order of Stara Planina. Her cause of death was cancer. She was buried at Central Sofia Cemetery.
