Georges Demerson (* 25. May 1921 in Bordeaux; † 8. February 2002 in Marmande) was a french Hispanist. He was 80 years old. He was married to Paula de Demerson. He studied at École Normale Supérieure. His awards include Grand Cross of the Civil Order of Alfonso X the Wise and CNRS bronze medal.
