Biography of Gilbert Gadoffre

Gilbert Gadoffre (* 16. June 1911 in Paris; † 2. March 1995 in Boulogne-Billancourt) was a french historian. He was 83 years old. He was married to Alice Gadoffre-Staath. His education included University of Paris, University of Oxford and University of Manchester. He worked at University of Manchester, École des cadres d'Uriage, University of California, Berkeley and École Militaire. He received 5 awards, including Croix de guerre 1939–1945, Resistance Medal.
