Biography of Gilbert Lazard

Gilbert Lazard (* 4. February 1920 in 10ᵗʰ arrondissement of Paris; † 6. September 2018 in Paris) was a französischer Ethnologe, Autor, Hochschullehrer. He was 98 years old. He was married to Madeleine Lazard. He studied at École Normale Supérieure. He worked at University of Paris and École pratique des hautes études. He received 6 awards, including Resistance Medal, Volney Prize.
