Giovan Francesco de Rossi (* 6. December 1796 in Rome; † 30. September 1854 in Venice) was a 19th-century bibliophile and courtier. He was 57 years old. He was awarded the Senator grand cross of the Sacred Military Constantinian Order of Saint George (Parma). He was buried at San Carlo ai Catinari.
