Giuseppe Pino Budicin (* 27. April 1911 in Rovinj; † 8. February 1944 in Rovinj) was an istrian anti-fascist. He was 32 years old. He was awarded the People's Hero of Yugoslavia. His cause of death was gunshot wound. He was buried at Rovinj City Cemetery.
