Biography of Gottfried E. Noether

Gottfried E. Noether (* 7. January 1915 in Karlsruhe; † 22. August 1991) was an american statistician. He was 76 years old. He studied at Columbia University. He worked at New York University, Boston University and University of Connecticut. His awards include Fellow of the American Statistical Association and Fellow of the Institute of Mathematical Statistics.
