Grethe Holmer (* 12. January 1924 in Copenhagen; † 13. October 2004 in Copenhagen) was a dänische Schauspielerin. She was 80 years old. She was married to Kai Wilton and Benny Poulsen. She was awarded the Bodil Award for Best Actress in a Supporting Role. She was buried at Bispebjerg Cemetery.
