Grethe Sørensen (* 10. February 1939 in Vangede; † 19. April 2023) was a danish painter. She was 84 years old. Her education included Tegne- og Kunstindustriskolen for Kvinder, Académie de la Grande Chaumière and Royal Danish Academy of Fine Arts. She worked at Frederikssund Gymnasium and Egedal Gymnasium. She was awarded the Oscar Carlson's Prize.
