Gurgen Antonyan (* 3. January 1911 in Qasapet; † 7. May 1984 in Baku) was an armenian Soviet literary scholar. He was 73 years old. He studied at Faculty of Armenian Philology. He worked at Azerbaijan State Pedagogical University and Stepanakert Pedagogical Institute. His awards include Order of the Badge of Honour, Honored Scientist of the Azerbaijan SSR and Honorary decree of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet of the Azerbaijan SSR.
