Biography of Halina Bortnowska

Halina Bortnowska (* 23. September 1931 in Toruń; † 19. June 2024) was a polnische Philosophin, Theologin und Publizistin. She was 92 years old. Her education included Papieski Fakultet Teologiczny we Wrocławiu and John Paul II Catholic University of Lublin. She worked at Helsinki Foundation for Human Rights. Her faith was Catholic Church. Her awards include Badge "Merit for the Protection of Human Rights", Commander of the Order of Polonia Restituta and Officer of the Order of Polonia Restituta.
