Biography
Hans Rosling (* July 27, 1948 in Uppsala Cathedral Assembly; † February 7, 2017 in Uppsala) was a swedish medical doctor, academic, statistician and public speaker. He was 68 years old. He was married to Agneta Rosling. His education included Uppsala University, St. John's Medical College, Katedralskolan and Rajiv Gandhi University of Health Sciences. He received 9 awards, including Kunskapspriset, International Swede of the Year. His cause of death was pancreatic cancer. He was buried at Uppsala Old Cemetery.
