Harl H. Haas, Jr. (* 24. December 1932 in Cape Girardeau; † 21. September 2013 in Portland) was an american lawyer and politician. He was 80 years old. His education included University of Montana, Southeast Missouri State University and Willamette University College of Law. His cause of death was lung cancer.
