Harold Bloom (* July 11, 1930 in New York City; † October 14, 2019 in New Haven) was an american literary critic, scholar, and writer. He was 89 years old. He had 3 children. His education included Yale University, Cornell University, Bronx High School of Science and Pembroke College. His faith was Judaism. He received 6 awards, including Guggenheim Fellowship, MacArthur Fellows Program.
