Harper Lee (* April 28, 1926 in Monroeville; † February 19, 2016 in Monroeville) was an american novelist. She was 89 years old. Her education included University of Alabama, Huntingdon College, University of Utah Health Care, Monroe County High School and University of Alabama School of Law. She received 4 awards, including National Medal of Arts, Presidential Medal of Freedom. Her cause of death was stroke. She was buried at Hillcrest Cemetery.
