Hector Frederik Estrup Jungersen (* 13. January 1854 in Dejbjerg; † 6. March 1917 in Copenhagen) was a danish zoologist. He was 63 years old. He worked at University of Copenhagen and Technical University of Denmark. His awards include Knight of the Order of the Dannebrog and Decoration of the Cross of Honour of the Dannebrog. He was buried at Garnison Cemetery.
