Biography of Heinz Chmill

Heinz Chmill (* 26. August 1915 in Plettenberg; † 23. July 1996 in Plettenberg) was a deutscher Politiker. He was 80 years old. He was awarded the Officer's Cross of the Order of Merit of the Federal Republic of Germany.
