Henri Salvador (* July 18, 1917 in Cayenne; † February 13, 2008 in 1st arrondissement of Paris) was a french Caribbean recording artist; singer, songwriter. He was 90 years old. He had 4 wives. He received 5 awards, including Commandeur des Arts et des Lettres, Order of Cultural Merit (Brazil). His cause of death was aneurysm. He was buried at Père Lachaise Cemetery.
