Biography of Henry Hiż

Henry Hiż (* 8. October 1917 in Saint Petersburg; † 19. December 2006 in Cape May Point) was a polish philosopher. He was 89 years old. His education included University of Warsaw and Harvard University. He worked at University of Pennsylvania, Harvard University, New York University, Pennsylvania State University, University of Utah, University of Warsaw, University of Łódź and Columbia University. He was awarded the Guggenheim Fellowship. He was buried at Rakowicki Cemetery.
