Henryk Kompf (* 11. July 1905 in Trzemeszno; † 20. March 1979 in Szczecin) was a polish physician, otorhinolaryngologist. He was 73 years old. His education included Poznań University of Medical Sciences and Saint Mary Magdalene High School in Poznań. His awards include Defence Medal, War Medal 1939–1945 and Medal of Victory and Freedom 1945. He was buried at Central Cemetery in Szczecin.
