Biography of Henryk Sienkiewicz

Henryk Sienkiewicz (* 5. May 1846 in Wola Okrzejska; † 15. November 1916 in Vevey) was a polnischer Schriftsteller und Nobelpreisträger für Literatur 1905. He was 70 years old. He was married to Maria Sienkiewiczowa and Maria Babska. He had at least 1 child (1 daughter). He studied at University of Warsaw. His faith was Catholic Church. His awards include Nobel Prize in Literature and Knight of the Legion of Honour. His cause of death was cardiovascular disease. He was buried at St. John's Archcathedral.
