Biography of Hildegard Peplau

Hildegard Peplau (* 1. September 1909 in Reading; † 17. March 1999 in Sherman Oaks) was an uS-amerikanische Pflegetheoretikerin und Professorin. She was 89 years old. Her education included Teachers College and Bennington College. She worked at Rutgers University, Columbia University, New York University, Bennington College and U.S. Army Nurse Corps. Her awards include Christiane Reimann Award and Living Legend of the American Academy of Nursing.
