Hiroshi Mitsuzuka (* 1. August 1927 in Kitaura; † 25. April 2004 in Chūō) was a japanischer Tierarzt, Diplomat und Politiker. He was 76 years old. His education included School of Law, Waseda University, College of Bioresource Sciences, Nihon University and Miyagi-ken Kogota Nōrin Kōtō Gakkō. His faith was Happy Science. He was awarded the Grand Cordon of the Order of the Rising Sun.
