Biography of Hozumi Yatsuka

Hozumi Yatsuka (* 20. March 1860 in Uwajima; † 5. October 1912 in Kamakura) was a japanischer Rechtsberater. He was 52 years old. His education included Tokyo University, Heidelberg University, Humboldt-Universität zu Berlin and University of Strasbourg. He worked at University of Tokyo and House of Peers. He was awarded the Order of the Sacred Treasure, 2nd Class. His cause of death was Heart attack.
