Hrant Avetisyan (* 10. March 1927 in Vanadzor; † 9. October 2004 in Yerevan) was an armenian historian. He was 77 years old. He studied at faculté d'histoire de l'université d'État d'Erevan. He worked at National Academy of Sciences of Armenia and Institute of History of National Academy of Sciences of Armenia. He was awarded the Order of the Badge of Honour. He was buried at Tokhmakh cemetery.
