Hosni Mubarak (* May 4, 1928 in Kafr el-Muṣīlḥa; † February 25, 2020 in Cairo) was a president of Egypt from 1981 to 2011. He was 91 years old. He was married to Suzanne Mubarak. His education included Egyptian Military College, Military Academy of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Russia, Supreme Military Institute of the Armed Forces of the Kyrgyz Republic and M.V. Frunze Military Academy. His faith was Sunni Islam. He received 8 awards, including Jawaharlal Nehru Award for International Understanding, Order of Isabella the Catholic‎. His cause of death was surgical complications. He was buried at Heliopolis.
