Biography of Ibrahim Rugova

Ibrahim Rugova (* 2. December 1944 in Cerrcë; † 21. January 2006 in Pristina) was a president of Kosovo. He was 61 years old. His education included Faculty of Arts of Paris and University of Pristina (1969–1999). His faith was Islam. He received 5 awards, including Sakharov Prize, Homo Homini Award. His cause of death was lung cancer.
