Biography of Ida Haendel

Ida Haendel (* 15. December 1928 in Chełm; † 1. July 2020 in Miami) was a polish-born British violinist and violin teacher. She was 91 years old. She studied at Chopin University of Music. She received 4 awards, including Commander of the Order of the British Empire, honorary doctorate from the McGill University.
