Igor Dedkov (* 11. April 1934 in Smolensk; † 1. January 1994 in Moscow) was a russische Journalist und Autor. He was 59 years old. He studied at MSU Faculty of Journalism. His awards include Order of the Badge of Honour and Honoured Cultural Worker of the RSFSR. He was buried at Vostryakovo Cemetery.
