Iossif Langbard (* 6. January 1882 in Bielsk Podlaski; † 3. January 1951 in Saint Petersburg) was a belarussischer Architekt. He was 68 years old. His education included Grekov Odesa Art school and Higher Art School at the Imperial Academy of Arts. His awards include Order of the Badge of Honour and Honored Artist of the Byelorussian SSR. He was buried at Serafimovskoe Cemetery.
