Biography of Irena Żurańska

Irena Żurańska (* 6. August 1924 in Sadlno, Greater Poland Voivodeship; † 24. April 2022) was a polish entomologist. She was 97 years old. She studied at Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń. She worked at University of Agriculture and Technology in Olsztyn. Her awards include Gold Cross of Merit‎ and Knight of the Order of Polonia Restituta.
